We are huge fans of “Here come the ABC’s” by They Might Be Giants. I sing right along with my 3 year old daughter and even find myself humming some of the tunes at random moments of the day.
My 21 month old son won’t go to bed unless we read him both, “Mommy Loves Me” and “Daddy Loves Me”. We’ve memorized them both by now! So sweet.
We just got a new fav from the library. It’s called Pinkalicious...oh yes, she loves all things pink. Actually, it’s a pretty cute book, so I don’t mind the LOVE she is feeling for it right now!
Our baby is only 6 weeks old, but a book that I love to read to him is Skippyjon Jones. I heard it when I was a school teacher and had to get it. It cracks me up every time.
Dog Train by Sandra Boynton is a book with a fun music CD. My daughter loves it!
My 22 month old daughter has been enjoying a CD “50 sing-a-long songs for Toddlers” and can sing along (sort of) with about 5 of them.
We love, love, love Justin Roberts. All his kids CDs are great and we listen to his newest one - Pop Fly - all the time. My son loves it and so do my husband and I. We are also big fans of Dan Zanes and Elizabeth Mitchell.
One of my two-year-old’s current favorites is Baby Bear, Baby Bear, What Do You See? I got Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear? at the same time, but right now he prefers Baby Bear.
I started playing the Sounds Like Fun CD from Discovery Toys when my son was 6 months old. He loves listening to it especially the Letter Sounds. He is now 10 months old and enjoys it even more.
Thanks for the extra chance to win:)
